Hi, I am Alf...yes just like the TV show.  I am an alien life form in a doggie body!  And boy, do I like cats!!  All flavors...from tabby to Persian!!  I have not yet been trained that cats are not to eat.  My foster mom just won't let me at them and I don't understand why!  I love to chase anything that moves.  I am about 2 years old and I was found roaming the streets near Ringgold, GA and those people put me in jail.  I don't know what I did wrong, but I was so happy to be released for being so cute and sweet.  I was taken to the vet and got my shots and my ear infection and kennel cough treated.  Then I got to go to the doggie spa where I got all those painful mats cut off and I came out relaxed and smelling pretty.  If someone were to ask me what kind of home I am looking for I have several requests.  I would love a fenced in yard so I can run and jump to my heart's content.  My person would need to understand I need a lot of patient love.  I really want to go to doggie school (please, please!!), I really want to make you happy, I just don't know how since I am so young and energetic.  I like to be the lead dog, if you know what I mean, so I need a more experienced dog-person.  I like other dogs ok, mostly calmer dogs who won't be too curious about me.  Oh, and I want all the toys and all the food..no one ever taught me that it is ok to share toys.  I like to eat in my crate when other dogs are around.  My crate is ok when you are not home or at night, but I would rather not.  Can I come and live with you forever?  I will give you all the best of my love and devotion in return.  Thanks for listening!  Alf
